Emily Procter

 American actress Emily Mallory Procter was born on the 8th of October in 1968. She played Ainsley Hayes's role in The West Wing, a NBC political drama (2000-2002 in 2006), and Det. Calleigh Duquesne in CBS's police procedural drama CSI: Miami 2002-2012



 



 Childhood and early life



 Procter was born October 8 in 1968. William Procter, an obstetrician was the one who adopted her as an infant and Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker. She was born in Raleigh. She was three years old when her parents divorced. Whit is her older brother and she is also an adopted kid.



 



 Ravenscroft School, Raleigh was Procter's primary school. Procter attended East Carolina University and was a member Alpha Delta Pi. She was a TV anchor for the WNCT-TV in Greenville, North Carolina. Following graduation, she was awarded degrees in journalism and dance.
